I had such an amazing experience with Linda. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have been in better hands. I'm so particular about anyone doing my makeup, but I told Linda what I liked and didn't like and she really gave me exactly what I wanted. If you need to look your best for a special occasion there really is no other place you should go.

I've had long hair most of my life, until yesterday, when Amy gave me a new doo! So happy with my shoulder length hair.

We had a terrific time with Linda from Its Royalty Salon for my wedding day hair and makeup. She did an amazing job for me and all of my bridesmaids! I loved my hair and make up! Highly recommend!

“It’s Royalty Salon” and owner Linda Taylor failed to uphold their end of a bridal party service contract. In addition to not providing agreed upon services, Linda has failed at good customer service relations. I do not recommend Linda or her salon to any bride unless you want your day ruined.

6. One girl didn’t even want her hair or makeup done, but was offered help by a stylist to straighten the back of her hair. Linda still charged for this even though the stylist used the bridesmaids own straightener.

If you are considering “It’s Royalty Salon” and you are reading this review, I strongly urge you to reconsider your choice and question Linda Taylor about this review.

4. Some services, such as hair and makeup for one bridesmaid was never provided, yet we were billed for this service.

4. The ‘bridal suite’ is anything but that. Small room with a single chair. We were all in separate rooms.

1st Class all the way, in a very nice style.

2. By this time, the wedding was over and we had already sent in our initial complaint to Linda about how unsatisfied we were with her service. In lieu of an apology or reimbursement, Linda threatened legal action against an unsatisfied customer.

5. Salon employees were slow, not able to get anything right, over-applied makeup, and were rude. One employee was on the phone arguing with someone while she was trying to style hair.

1. Linda was provided a credit card weeks in advance. That card was compromised so we provided a different credit card. Linda knew that the 2nd card provided would expire at the end of the month, but decided not to attempt payment until after it expired.

Now the fun part:

3. Once she did reply back, she defended her employees and accused us of lying. Linda was not even present at the salon to know what happened, of course her employees would not admit to doing a terrible job. As a business owner, you are accountable for your employees.

2. I got stuck with her 2nd rate employees whom I could hardly call professional.

3. Myself and 5 bridesmaids were almost in tears the entire day and had to redo hair and makeup after we left the salon.

7. I, the bride, even had to help the stylists a few times to fix their mistakes.

1. Linda contacted me the week of my wedding to inform she had double-booked. You had over a month to figure this out, but waited to the last minute to tell me.
