Slowest drive thru EVER! More than a fifteen minute wait. Some drinks were not available because of broken machines. Wish I could make this a zero star rating.
there were 12 year olds smoking the devils lettuce outside, along with workers yelling to the 12 years and at eachother, and waited 24+ minutes for food, that they had forgotten about only for them to shove soggy cold food, with there bare hands all over it, into a bag when we asked for here not to go. We sat down at a table where melted cheese was ingraved within the vandalized table. We not only waited for as long as a normal restaurant when it is specific as “ fast food”, we also received profanity when very calmly addressed the issue of our food not being here. We were willing to look past it all until we noticed that after all the hassle we didn’t receive the full 20 nuggets we asked for. This was not worth the $21 dollars we paid for, next time we will spend our money elsewhere, rather we all have to share a small meal for more or not. Lastly, for once in my entire years of living the ice cream machine worked, surprisingly since every other time I’ve ever been there they have had issues.wow congratulations!
This location was slow. Took almost 15 minutes for me to get a quarter pound cheese combo, double cheeseburger, and a 6 pieces nuggets. Sad part was the store was empty and the server was only worried about getting her break. I stood at the counter watching my watch along with two other people who had also ordered burgers. Believe the reviews when they say to avoid this location of you want service...it does not exist here.
Its ok just needs to be cooked fresh and not give old food. It also needs faster service. It is fast food!
The McDonald's in Manteo is probably the best better than the kill devil hill's location on the Outer Banks, NC .The Manteo one always has hot food, and the service inside is always helpful. Where the other one on the beach is usually too rushed, to many change of people who work there.. and there not quite as accommodating if you need help, as well I'v had my order come out wrong on more than one occasion or not be included. .
