I placed an order with Kellogg for a job we were doing. I was given a price guarantee on the materials through December 30, 2013. In October of 2013 when I arranged the order, I was told they would be delivered on Thursday October 17, 2013. That did not happen. I was told it was because their delivery truck was broken down in Norfolk, VA. Then they promised to have them to the job on Friday October 18, 2013 if they had to send one of their trucks to pick them up. That did not happen. I called on Friday and was told by Bill of their Edenton, NC store that he was checking on the status of the truck and would return my call in 15 minutes. That did not happen. Fast forward to Monday October 21, 2013. Once again I had to call and ask if my materials were going to be delivered that day. At that point I was told that they would not honor the price they quoted me in writing and that they had closed my account. Then they said if I were to agree to pay the inflated material cost and fill out another credit application they would deliver my materials. In short, they left me high and dry with no materials on a job that charges you liquidated damages for days beyond your schedule. Do business with these people at your own risk!!! I only wish I could rate them lower than a "1".

We worked on a very large remodel at the Currituck Club - Kellogs shipped quality products to us whenever we needed over several months. The salesperson visited our jobsite each week to ensure we were taken care of. We are using them again to build a house and for future remodels and new builds.
