The small diner feel here is wonderfully complimented by big flavors and great personalities. Miss Lia was a great part of our evening, and she mingled well with our rather outgoing family. The food was superb. If it's on the specialty menu, get the Blackened Tuna. You won't regret it. Thanks for the service and memorable night.
Surprising that a restaurant can sit on the ocean and serve seafood with no flavor. Fried oysters no flavor, could only taste flour batter which had NO seasoning. Broiled shrimp had bits of shell. She crab soup is good. Desserts good. Just a bit disappointing.
Being an Asian tourist visiting this town once a year might be new to the manager blond lady at the register but we speak English. You can talk to us. She said nothing when we walked in and basically nothing when we cashed out. You don’t need to be afraid. Waitresses were super nice. Food was ok. Probably won’t be back.

We had dinner in the off season. The hush puppies were some of the best that I’d ever had. The rest of the meal was mediocre. I was hoping for Calabash flavor in my fried seafood platter, but while the price was up there, the food quality was lacking. Service was adequate. I won’t be going back there unless it is to try their breakfast.
I love this hometown seafood restaurant. I have been going here since I was a very little kid. My husband and I even had our rehearsal dinner here. The food is always good, the staff friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
